Christophe GUIDA was born in Marseille, France, in 1982. This young organist graduated from the National regional conservatory Pierre Barbizet in Marseille, organ class (student of Annick CHEVALIER-NADDEO and André ROSSI), music theory class (student of Fernande HOUARD and Suzanne COPPIN), and harpsichord class (student of Brigitte HOUDEBOURG and Christine LECOIN).
He was awarded First Prize as organist (2001) and has also received many other awards. He then becomes a student of Marie-Louise JACQUET-LANGLAIS (organ class) at the Paris Conservatory (CNSM). He has taken part in several international competitions, among which the Mikael TARIVERDIEV international organ competition in Hamburg. His early passion for contemporary music and composers such as Messiaen, Langlais, Duruflé, Dupré, but also for baroque and symphonic music leads him to perform as soloist and concert artist in little ensembles and to play works of Haendel, Corrette, Bach and other composers.

Christophe Guida is music theory and organ teacher in the musical schools MELODIE 7 in Paris and Marseille.
